Finnovating shortlisted for the Best Global FinTech Hub by IFTA

India FinTech Forum (IFTA) aims to position the fintech community in India as a global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship. And they have nominee Finnovating for the ‘Best Global FinTech Hub’ category with Rise, created by Barclays, Fintech Association Of Hong Kong, Findec and F10 Incubator & Accelerator. This award is for a Global hub with most progressive Fintech policies, engaging financial institutions, growing Fintech community. This is the final shortlist from a total of 500+ nomination applications in various categories.

The India FinTech Awards will be held on Novemeber 29^th in Mumbai, and will include demos, panels and talks from representatives of banks, FinTech scaleups and investment companies among others. Organized by the IFTA, which is a non-profit initiative that offers a platform for fintech companies to collaborate and voice their opinions on the relevant policy issues. For transparency and independence of process, assessment will be managed by EY on 29th November, and the category wise winners are expected to be announced around 5:30 pm IST. More than 450 fintech companies and over 5.000 individuals who are members of this forum, are dedicated to enhancing the ecosystem to ensure that India leads the global fintech innovation wave. Indian fintech firms have unique opportunities with the India Stack (Aadhar, UPI, etc.), which are not available anywhere else in the world. They are also a member of Global FinTech Hubs Federation (GFHF) and represents the Indian fintech sector.

They serve as the unifying platform where the Indian FinTech community can present its thoughts and views (in consensus) to the government or policy regulators on important issues relating to the sector. The India FinTech Forum also organizes meet-ups in several locations and seeks to drive policies that accelerate the growth of fintech in India. We also organize the India FinTech Awards, which recognizes the best and most innovative fintech firms operating in India.
